Returns & Exchanges

Please use the enclosed UPS return label in your shipment.  Seal your package securely and affix the label. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels. Drop the package in a UPS drop box, at a UPS store or give it to a UPS carrier. This service is available in the contiguous United States, only.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

ZACHARY PRELL will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DRY CLEANED, with ALL tags attached.

Upon receipt of returned goods, ZACHARY PRELL reserves the right to deny credit if any of the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

You may exchange or return merchandise by mail for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.

Items received as a gift will be refunded as a store credit and may be used only at zacharyprell.com

ZACHARY PRELL only accepts returns or exchanges for merchandise sold at zacharyprell.com.

Please note that ZACHARY PRELL does not refund shipping and handling charges.
