Returns & Refunds

ZACHARY PRELL will gladly accept returns for a full refund on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DRY CLEANED, with ALL tags attached.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a full refund.

Please use the UPS return label you received with your shipment. Seal your package securely and affix the label to the box. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels. Drop the package in a UPS drop box, at a UPS store or give it to a UPS carrier. This service is available in the contiguous United States, only.

You may return merchandise by mail for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.

Upon receipt of returned goods, ZACHARY PRELL reserves the right to deny credit if any of the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Items received as a gift will be refunded as a store credit and may be used only at zacharyprell.com

ZACHARY PRELL only accepts returns for merchandise sold at zacharyprell.com.
