Shipping Policy

We currently offer two shipping methods:

• UPS Ground - delivery in 5 to 7 business days ($15)
• UPS 2nd Day - delivery guaranteed in 2 business days ($45)

Orders will ship within approximately 72 hours, pending availability and credit card verification. ZACHARY PRELL will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Return Policy

ZACHARY PRELL will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DRY CLEANED, with ALL tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, ZACHARY PRELL reserves the right to deny credit if any of the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

You may exchange or return merchandise by mail for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please note that ZACHARY PRELL does not refund shipping and handling charges.
